Pro Is Already Switched On for You
When you sign in to WhatsLead, you start on a 14-day free trial of Pro. You don't claim it and you don't enter a card — you'll see a green banner on your dashboard counting the days down. Everything Pro unlocks is available to you from day one.
The free plan stays generous (five forms, unlimited WhatsApp enquiries), so the trial is about trying the extras on your own real forms before deciding if they are worth it.
A Simple Plan for Your Trial
Day 1–2: Set Up and Brand Your Form
Create your form, add your WhatsApp number in Settings, and publish it. Then open the Branding tab and add your own brand name, logo, and colour. This is what your customers see, and it is where the form starts to feel like yours rather than a template.
Day 3: Turn On Dashboard Responses
On Pro, every response is also saved in your Responses tab — searchable, filterable by date, and exportable to CSV. Open it after your first few real submissions and see how much easier it is than scrolling through chats.
Day 4: Track Your Leads Properly
In the Responses tab, give each lead a status — New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, or Lost — and add short notes. It is a lightweight CRM, and you can switch it off any time if you prefer the plain table.
Day 5: Connect Your Tools
Under Integrations, push every response into Google Sheets automatically or send it to any app through a webhook.
Day 6: Add Tracking
Under Scripts, paste your Meta Pixel or other tracking code so you can see which ads bring real enquiries.
Day 7: Try the Advanced Fields
Split a long form into pages, or let customers upload files like a reference photo.
What Happens When the Trial Ends?
Nothing breaks. Your oldest five forms keep working and keep sending enquiries to your WhatsApp exactly as before. Pro features pause, and the settings you configured are kept — if you upgrade later, they come back as you left them.
The best way to judge Pro is to use it on real enquiries for a week, not to read a feature list. Start with your most active form.
